Pacific International is partnering with a global leader in industrial process technologies to appoint a Business and Commercial Excellence Leader for EMEA.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead commercial excellence initiatives across the EMEA region. The position is a key strategic leadership role focused on optimising market approach, harmonising processes, and driving business intelligence as a critical enabler for informed decision-making and sustained growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries to influence, align, and implement best practices that enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency within the industrial process sector.
This role requires frequent travel (up to 40%) across EMEA to ensure deep understanding of local markets and to drive harmonisation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and drive business and commercial excellence initiatives across the EMEA Foundry business, focusing on process optimisation, market strategy, and capability building.
* Develop and implement advanced business intelligence tools, including dashboards and CRM systems, to provide clear, actionable insights supporting commercial decision-making.
* Define and optimise pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and organisational goals to maximise profitability and competitiveness.
* Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align regional strategies and harmonise practices across diverse markets.
* Identify gaps in current commercial processes and lead change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster a customer-centric approach by understanding market needs and adapting commercial tactics accordingly.
* Support talent development and team capability building to strengthen commercial excellence across the organisation.
Background & Skills:
* Proven experience in commercial excellence, business intelligence, pricing strategy, or related leadership roles within industrial process or manufacturing environments.
* Strong track record of driving process harmonisation and commercial optimisation across multiple countries or regions.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Analytical mindset with expertise in business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
* Skilled in change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
* High cultural awareness and ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region (up to 40%).
