Job Overview Pyxis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a freelance assignment in Brussels. We are a dynamic organization focused on improving digital solutions for healthcare.
Are you our new Business Analyst? We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to strengthen our team and make a difference in a crucial sector for society.
Responsibilities Gather and document business information after consulting stakeholders.
Analyze needs and bottlenecks from a business perspective, with a focus on pharmaceutical prescriptions.
Develop use cases and process flows to optimize digital applications.
Validate digital solutions in collaboration with developers in an agile environment.
Write communication and training texts for end users in collaboration with the communication working group.
Establish a network with business stakeholders to identify needs.
Profile At least a master's degree, preferably in the health field or a related area.
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a regulated sector.
Experience with digital flows in the healthcare sector and affinity with IT applications.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate end-user insights into digital solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, good understanding of French and English.
Practical experience with agility.
