Your Purpose
Join our MSC Cruises Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Personal Cruise Consultant. In this high-performance, consultative sales role, you will guide customers through key decision moments, helping them choose the perfect premium cruise experience while directly driving conversion and revenue growth.
Your Impact
* Sales & Conversion: Lead consultative sales conversations from initial interest to confirmed booking. You will handle objections, manage urgency, drive upsells, and take full ownership of your individual revenue targets (NTR).
* Portfolio Growth: Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using both inbound requests and proactive outbound campaigns. You will manage structured follow-ups in our CRM to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
* Expert Advisory: Master MSC itineraries, ships, and pricing to confidently recommend tailored solutions that balance customer needs with our premium brand experience.
Who You Are
* Experienced in Sales: You bring a proven background in consultative, phone-based sales (experience with complex or high-value products is a strong advantage). Backgrounds in travel, hospitality, or premium retail are a major plus.
* Commercially Driven: You possess a strong commercial mindset with a natural focus on conversion, results, and hitting targets.
* Relationship Builder: You are confident in managing customer relationships, guiding decision-making, and navigating objections while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
The Essentials
* Language: Fluency in Italian (spoken and written). Additional languages are a strong advantage!
* Location: Based in Valencia, Spain.
* Requirements: Full right to work in Spain.
* Availability: Comfortable working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support our 12/7 office operations.
