Job Title: Global Retail DirectorLocation: Antwerp, BelgiumContract: Permanent, Full-timeOverviewWe are supporting a European luxury fashion house in the search for a Global Retail Director.This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across EMEA, APAC, and the US, focused on driving retail performance, strengthening operational structures, and ensuring a consistent and elevated client experience across all markets.The ScopeThis position holds end-to-end responsibility for the global retail function, spanning commercial performance, operations, and client experience.You will lead the evolution of the store network, balancing growth and optimisation while ensuring alignment with the brand's positioning and long-term direction.
