Our vision for this role is for you to work closely with Gaelle to fuel the business with high-quality leads by :Building prospection listsPrepare, create and launch hyper-personalised emailing campaignsCall and follow-up with leads (we need you to have this Go-Get mentality)Book relavant meetingsFollow-up on qualified lists to transform them into prospects after the sales meetingsSales Development is the start of an incredible career journey in SalesThis is a great opportunity to join a very talented team where your passion and desire to succeed will be rewarded with significant career transformation.The ideal candidate will need to be :- self motivated- learner (always will to learn and try new things)- ambitious- hungry- a hunter !ResponsibilitiesIdentify target accounts and proactively acquire new clientsQualify and develop Inbound and Outbound (mosty) leads across your business line through strong communication and discoveryRun campaigns through emails/inmails to generate new sales prospectsCall, call, call on prespective leadsSchedule demo’s between Gaelle and potential customersMeet your targets and maximize your transformation development through focusing on your core role (you will be incentivised on Qualified Opportunities)Articulate dgenious value proposition to business leadersWork to develop and circulate the set of best practicesBe flexible and adapt to change, always looking for creative ways to approach the day to day businessDevelop strong product knowledgeIdentify and actively address inefficienciesMust have RequirementsThis is an entry-level role - motivation is the keyFluency in English and French or English and Dutch (multiple languages is a plus)Willingness to grow in a fast paced environmentYou can work autonomously and you are very well organisedYou are able to build lasting relationshipsNice-to-have RequirementsBA/BS degreeKnowledge of MS Office & the Google SuiteA first (successful) experience in sales, customer success or client facing roleWe offerKey moment to join dgenious in terms of growth and opportunitiesCompetitive salary and advantages, based on experiencePossibility to work from home part of the time and flexible hoursFast-learning environment, entrepreneurial and strong team spiritAn incredibly diverse team of doersBrand new offices located in Silversquare avenue Louise, Brussels (near Bois de la Cambre)
