Job Title: Sales IT Project Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales IT Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead IT projects in the field of Customer Operations, implementing them from start to finish. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
* Implement new transformation projects and professionalize the La Lorraine template and best practices.
* Contribute to a long-term strategic roadmap in the field of Customer Operations.
* Lead IT projects within your domain and implement them from start to finish, collaborating with colleagues in the IT Competence Centre, business stakeholders, and external parties.
* Expand your horizons to other domains, which is definitely an asset.
* Work closely with your colleague responsible for 'Service Management' and always organize a complete knowledge transfer after delivery of a new project.
* Build up a strong knowledge of the business processes and of the functionality of the SAP modules.
Your Profile:
* You have a Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
* You have experience in an ERP-environment and have knowledge of SAP SD.
* You are very analytical and a conceptual thinker.
* You are customer-oriented and can communicate fluently and clearly with your stakeholders in English. Any other language is a plus.
* You are result-oriented and a real problem solver.
* Experience in change management is a plus.
