Description
We are looking for several enthusiastic students to support Euroclear's Legal, Governance and Regulatory Division on a wide variety of matters.

* You will join a dynamic multinational and multicultural division of around 120 people. The LG&R division consists of lawyers, paralegals, corporate governance and regulatory relationship experts that are located in Brussels, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Helsinki.
* You will acquire on - the - job experience and training on a variety of topics related to Euroclear's business.
* You will be accompanied by a mentor during your internship.
What you will do:
* You will assist and provide support to the LG&R Division on a variety of topics.
* Activities may include: conducting legal research, performing applicability assessments and impact analysis of applicable laws and regulations, advising the business on a variety of legal & corporate governance matters, drafting and updating contracts and legal documentation, organising management and board meetings, supporting reporting activities to management and supervising authorities.
What we are looking for:
* You have an active student status (Bachelor) or (Master) in one or more of the following areas:
* International Business Law, Competition Law, Banking and Financial Law, Corporate Governance, IP & IT law, contract management & business administration.
* You have an excellent level of English. Knowledge of a second/third language is a plus.
* You have a particular interest in working in the Financial industry.
* Interest in new technologies is a plus
o You have excellent drafting and communication skills
* You are a team player but are also able to work autonomously
* You have strong analytical and research skills
* You are discrete, well organized and stress resistant
