ZOOM ON THE JOB:
* collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee project planning, purchasing, and timekeeping
* ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality standards
* contribute to the Project Management Plan, gaining insight into key project parameters
* assist in monthly project reporting and indicator tracking
* engage in project scheduling, adapting plans to meet project needs
* organize and lead progress meetings, keeping the team on track
* oversee project procurement, from creating purchase plans to coordinating with suppliers
ARE WE A MATCH?
* a degree in engineering (mechanics, chemistry, electromechanics) or a commercial diploma (or equivalent experience)
* a solid understanding of mechanical concepts, especially within the nuclear sector
* experience in technical or administrative support roles in project management, preferably in an international or nuclear environment
* general knowledge in relevant fields, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
* strong IT and administrative skills to support project tasks
* excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
* flexibility and the ability to travel as needed for project requirements
* proficiency in multiple languages to engage with diverse teams and clients
