What We're Looking ForThorough experience in data/AI, preferably as a Data Architect or Consultant.Strong conceptual and analytical skills: you quickly grasp complex contexts, are able to break them down into manageable parts, and understand how to collect and identify business requirements and translate these into functional requirements.Solution-oriented mindset: you approach challenges with a structured and pragmatic mindset, finding effective solutions while balancing best practices with real-world constraints.Solid commercial intuition: you're able to identify problems and define approaches quickly.Both strong technical abilities and soft skills to align technical and business stakeholders and drive change.A strong drive to continuously learn and dive deep to uncover actionable insights into new technologies.Know how to deal with an ever changing and very dynamic role and environment.Fluent English is a must; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
