About our role
This is an open application for a CRM Marketing Automation Consultant with Ariad. By submitting your CV, you express interest in joining our internal team as a full-time consultant on Ariad’s payroll—representing our values and mission within top brands.
In this role, you will bring customer journeys to life, guiding automation strategies that resonate and convert, and crafting campaigns that connect on a human level. You’ll join a collaborative environment where your growth is a shared goal.
The process involves:
* A short phone call to understand your background.
* A videocall interview to explore your experience and ambitions.
* A final meeting with a Business Lead to discuss growth opportunities.
What you will be doing
* Lead marketing automation strategies with experienced teammates.
* Implement database segmentations, workflows, customer journeys, and campaigns focused on marketing, sales, service, and loyalty.
* Utilize tools like HubSpot, Selligent, or Salesforce to optimize engagement.
* Recover stalled leads with personalized campaigns.
* Build CRM reports, analyze data insights, and suggest improvements.
What you bring
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
* Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Selligent, or similar platforms.
* Experience creating automated workflows and engagement strategies.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and handle complexity.
* Confidence engaging with C-level stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
