About the Role
The Marketing Lead HS Europe is a senior regional marketing role with end‑to‑end accountability for translating global strategy into impactful execution across Europe for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). The role is responsible for driving insight generation, strategic planning, and execution of regional marketing initiatives to support the growth of one of our products across the Immunology Europe (iEU) organization.
This position requires a strategic, independent thinker with strong judgment, the ability to manage ambiguity, and the capability to lead complex initiatives in a fast‑evolving specialty pharmaceutical environment.
As it is an EU role, the position can be located at any of the EU affiliate sites.
What You Will Do
1. Lead the regional execution of HS marketing solutions in alignment with global strategy and positioning, ensuring measurable business impact across Europe.
2. Collect, analyze, and synthesize cross‑European market insights, including competitive intelligence and benchmarking, to inform regional and global strategy.
3. Define three‑year HS strategic priorities and annual marketing objectives in close collaboration with the six iEU Areas and the iEU Dermatology team.
4. Support iEU Areas in the implementation of the HS strategy and customer engagement model, working closely with peer marketing colleagues across the dermatology portfolio.
5. Drive HS contributions to the iEU Immunology Integrated Strategic Plan (ISP), covering medical, commercial, market access, and patient experience components, and track delivery against agreed KPIs.
6. Ensure organizational readiness by guiding iEU colleagues and Area teams on HS scientific data, marketing objectives, and positioning to support launch and growth ambitions.
7. Lead regional omnichannel communication strategy for HS, in partnership with Omnichannel Lead, ensuring content consistency and alignment with portfolio principles.
8. Foster strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including KOLs, scientific associations, and patient groups, to continuously evolve the regional dermatology strategy.
Who You Will Work With
You will work in close collaboration with the iEU Dermatology team, the six iEU Area organizations, the Global Asset team, cross‑functional partners across medical, market access, immunology operations, and patient experience, as well as business partners, such as Competitive Intelligence, Insights, Analytics, Clearence, etc. The role requires strong matrix leadership and the ability to influence without direct authority across diverse geographies and functions.

9. Advanced university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred); medical or scientific background is an advantage.
10. Strong expertise in dermatology marketing with demonstrated success in product launches and/or growth phases.
11. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare sales, marketing, market access, or field medical roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
12. Proven experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics, ideally at European or multi‑country level, within matrix organizations.
13. At least 5 years of leadership experience, including indirect or cross‑functional team leadership.
14. Solid understanding of the full pharmaceutical value chain, including development, commercialization, and supply.
15. Experience in omnichannel and digital marketing strategies.
16. Ability to translate strategy into outcomes-focused execution
17. Skilled at synthesizing market dynamics and stakeholder insights as basis for brand planning
18. Customer focus with ability to foster strong relationships internally and externally
