About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketeer to join our team and pilot our global digital presence. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a strategic role in developing our digital presence and accelerating our growth.
Responsibilities
* Digital Campaign Development: Design and deploy multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation, social media, etc), ensuring consistency with the company's strategic objectives and corporate branding whilst continually optimising performance.
* Visual and Video Content Creation: Develop graphic materials and engaging (video) content for digital campaigns, social media, and various marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on brand identity of our products.
* Web Optimisation and User Experience: Drive improvements to the user experience on our web site and digital platforms, with a focus on engagement and conversion rate optimisation.
* SEO/SEM Strategies: Develop and implement optimisation strategies for search engines to enhance our organic visibility and strengthen our digital positioning.
* Email Campaign Management: Oversee all email marketing campaigns, including the implementation of marketing automation workflows and nurturing strategies to maximise engagement and loyalty.
* CRM and Marketing Automation Integration: Ensure the integration and optimisation of CRM tools (particularly Odoo) and marketing automation platforms to guarantee efficient lead and conversion process management.
* Social Media Content Strategy: Define and execute content strategy across social networks, ensuring brand consistency and sustained engagement with our audiences.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor degree in digital communication or similar experience of minimum 2 years
Required Skills
* Strong expertise (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing and performance analysis
* Advanced proficiency in digital tools and marketing automation platforms (Odoo)
* Excellent knowledge of content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices
* Experience with CRM systems (Odoo preferred) and email marketing platforms
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performances data and optimise campaigns accordingly
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR
* Proficient skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Native or fluent French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
