We are a Brussels-based consumer goods company with four brands: Bambaw (sustainable everyday essentials), Bambaw Cozy (comfort and home), Oravix (oral care), and Arista Ayurveda (wellness). We sell across Europe, the USA, and Canada through Amazon, our Shopify website, and wholesale partners.


As the company grows, so does the need for a dedicated marketing leader who can own the full function across all four brands. We're looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of strategy, team, budget, and the launch engine, and build the marketing capability that matches our ambitions.


You'll have direct access to the founders and a real seat at the table. The team is in place, the brands have traction, and the function is yours to elevate.


Who We're Looking For


A strategic, commercially grounded marketing leader who can run multi-brand launch pipelines, build and lead a team across brand, creative, and growth functions, set differentiated brand strategy for multiple brands at once, and own a marketing budget with real ROI accountability. You align cross-functional teams through competence, not hierarchy. You make trade-offs under pressure, escalate risks early, and set the priority rather than wait to be told.


Your Responsibilities


* Set strategic brand direction across four brands and ensure clear positioning, no cannibalization, and distinct audiences.
* Own marketing readiness for every launch: review Market Requirement Documents, lock briefs, ensure content is delivered and channels are briefed. Prioritize when the team can't do everything at once.
* Build and execute a demand generation strategy across social, content, influencer, and brand campaigns. Allocate budget to highest-impact initiatives and track ROI.
* Lead the marketing team (Brand Managers, Content Production Manager, Social Media Manager, D2C Lead): set goals, develop people, hire for capability gaps, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
* Set the quality bar for all creative output. Approve creative direction for major launches and campaigns.



Requirements


Must-Have


* 7 to 12 years of experience in marketing leadership roles
* Experience leading a team of at least 4 people across brand, creative, or growth functions
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end launch pipelines across multiple SKUs or brands
* Ownership of a marketing budget with clear, ROI-driven decision-making
* Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or marketplace-driven businesses
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where processes are still evolving


Nice-to-Have


* Experience with Amazon marketplace dynamics
* Background in D2C and marketplace hybrid business models
* Experience in an FMCG environment
* Experience managing managers
* Exposure to multi-language EU marketplaces
