Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Part-time BIM Coordinator to support BIM modelling, coordination and digital construction works for foundation projects and tenders. The role focuses on accurate model production, clash checking, 4D/visualisation support and assisting BIM Manager in project execution and digital workflow enhancement.
Responsibilities
Produce and maintain BIM models (Revit) for foundation, ELS and temporary structure according to company standards.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, sections and details to support design submission, tender submission and site operations.
Assist in clash detection, coordination meetings, issue tracking and updating federated models.
Support preparation of 4D simulation, construction sequencing and digital method statements.
Assist in preparing BIM Execution Plan (BEP), model templates, families and BIM documentation.
Collaborate with Design and Site Teams to resolve modelling issues and ensure model accuracy.
Assist in implementing Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and BIM QA/QC procedures.
Explore BIM automation tools (e.g., Dynamo) and assist in improving modelling efficiency.
Provide technical support and share BIM knowledge within the team when required.
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Civil, Structural, Building Services, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in BIM modelling within contractors or consultants (foundation / ELS experience preferred).
Hands-on skills in Revit and Navisworks; experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Dynamo is an advantage.
Familiar with BIM coordination, clash detection, 3D detailing and model documentation.
Knowledge of construction workflows, temporary works concepts or geotechnical drawings is an advantage.
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn new digital tools and standards.
