To be compliant and audit ready before first production, they are looking for a senior QA Engineer who can strengthen the QA system, approve validations and ensure procedures meet GMP expectations.

Job Description:
You will take an executing and advisory QA role within a start up project team.
Key responsibilities:
* Operational QA procedures: Draft and improve procedures for day to day operations
* Supplier qualification: Execute qualification activities and follow up outcomes
* Validation review: Review plans, protocols and reports for equipment, systems and methods
* Document review: Review operational documents such as specifications and inspections
* Controlled documents: Manage controlled copies including batch records and templates
* Audit readiness: Maintain GMP compliance, data integrity and inspection readiness
Requirements:
* Master degree in a scientific discipline such as engineering, chemistry, biomedical sciences or pharmacy
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GMP, QA and validation
* Proven experience implementing new QA processes in a regulated environment
* Experience supporting start up of a new facility is a plus
* Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands on mindset
* Comfortable working in controlled environments with strict safety procedures
* Dutch and English at professional level, with English used for GMP documentation
