Position overview: Support the Transformation Department in organizational thinking, change implementation, and structuring transformation initiatives through business analysis, facilitation, and agile support missions. What you'll do Business analysis (BA): Gather, structure, and analyze stakeholder needs. MAP business and organizational processes. Identify pain points, areas for improvement, and change impacts. Write user stories, use cases, or decision-support materials. Facilitation and workshop support: Co-facilitate or prepare workshops (ideation, vision, process analysis, prioritization, etc.). Produce meeting minutes and summaries of collaborative sessions. Use visual tools (e.g., Miro, Klaxoon) to aid understanding. Agile transformation support: Collaborate with an agile coach to test or implement new team or organizational practices. Participate in structuring agile teams, roles, and rituals. Contribute to the setup of KPIs or continuous improvement dashboards. Communication and change management: Help formalize communication elements related to the transformation. Work on change-related materials (e.g., infographics, practical guides, FAQs). What you bring Understanding of Agile fundamentals: Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. Familiarity with Team Topologies. Organizational analysis skills: Structured and analytical mindset. Ability to MAP processes, roles, or organizational structures.
