Responsibilities
DSP Training & Enablement: Design, deliver, or coordinate training programs for DSP leadership and frontline staff on operational best practices, safety procedures, technology tools, and performance expectations. Continuously assess training effectiveness and update content based on evolving program needs and feedback.
Operational Guidance: Advise DSPs on how to improve their financial, operational, safety, and performance practices, using data analytics to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and performance indicators, conducting deep dives and root cause analyses to ensure DSPs meet performance and customer experience standards.
Compliance and Safety: Collaborate with internal compliance and safety teams to ensure DSPs adhere to program requirements and safety standards.
Problem Solving & Communication: Act as an "equal parts advisor and operating partner" to resolve issues, provide tailored recommendations, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Capacity Planning: Work with DSPs to develop effective ramp plans and ensure sufficient driver supply to meet volume demands, especially during peak seasons.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous professional experience in operations, or managing third party service providers, last mile logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account/relationship management is required.
Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, problem-solving skills, and strong written/verbal communication are essential.
Language: English and French is a must, Dutch is preferred
