The Role: Customer Service Specialist – Business Care Location: Permanent Full Time

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Business Care Team, you will be the first and main contact person for the customer (the distributor) within the supply chain and ensure the complete execution of all orders until the requests and disputes are resolved.
Processing and managing orders from validation through to dispute resolution for a portfolio of customers.
Collaborating internally within the team and the wider business to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with sales teams to address and resolve customer issues.
Sharing skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit.
You care about quality – at every level. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion and care for servicing our business customers.
Strong Dutch and French language skills, with operational proficiency in English.
Experience or exposure to a CRM platform, ideally SAP.
PC literacy, with competent data entry skills in Excel.
Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes.
Team player with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
