Project Manager - Tunnels & Signalisation - (FR EN) - ALTEN Belgium The Position As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager – Tunnels & Signalling to join our teams and work on client projects located in the Brussels area. As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Lead end-to-end project management for tunnel, signalling, SCADA, automation, and traffic management systems. Manage all contractual and financial aspects, including compliance, budgeting, invoicing, and risk mitigation. Coordinate internal technical teams and external partners while validating architectures, interfaces, and technical solutions. Ensure project quality, safety, regulatory compliance, system availability, and cybersecurity across all phases. Drive all communication, reporting, documentation, and project governance activities with clients and internal stakeholders. Your profile: Engineering degree (Electrical, Automation, Civil Engineering, Industrial IT or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in tunnels, road/rail signalling, traffic systems or critical infrastructure. Strong technical understanding of dynamic signalling, PLC automation, SCADA, networks, and control systems. Solid experience with public procurement environments and contractual/financial project management. Fluency in French and English, with working proficiency in Dutch (B1/B2). Strong leadership, organisational skills, decision-making ability, and comfort engaging with high‑level stakeholders.
