- Medical device experience - this does not have to be inhaler-specific (though that will be the gold standard), also can consider other therapeutic areas but same class of device.
- Design control, design processes, as well as the design & development of testing equipment & tools for precision products.
- Lean Six Sigma Engineering.
- Assembly design.
- Must be able to implement new systems, improve documentation processes.
