Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager Belgium to join a fast-growing international hotel group. As part of its rapid expansion in Belgium, our client is looking to structure and centralize its Reservations function at a national level.
This strategic role sits within a dynamic environment driven by recent acquisitions, operational optimization, and the development of a multi-property platform.
Your Role
As Reservations Manager Belgium, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and structuring the Reservations function across the Belgian portfolio.
You will play a key role in driving revenue performance, improving processes, and ensuring strong coordination between operational and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Revenue
* Optimize conversion rates and maximize reservations-driven revenue
* Oversee availability management in close collaboration with Revenue teams
* Monitor and analyze KPIs (pick-up, conversion, no-shows, channel performance) and implement corrective actions
* Identify upselling opportunities and improve the customer journey
Process & Structuring
* Develop and standardize Reservations SOPs across multiple properties
* Ensure data accuracy across systems (PMS, Channel Managers, OTA extranets)
* Streamline booking flows and optimize tools and systems
* Support the integration of newly acquired hotels into the portfolio
Team Management & Coordination
* Lead, train, and support Reservations teams (centralized or on-property)
* Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
* Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Revenue Management on pricing and distribution strategies
* Partner with Sales teams on group and event bookings
* Liaise with hotel management teams to ensure operational alignment
Requirements
Experience
* Proven experience in Reservations or Revenue Management within hospitality
* Experience in a multi-property environment or large-scale hotel operations
* Background within international hotel brands (Accor, Marriott, IHG, etc.) is a strong plus

* Leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams
Systems
* Proficiency in PMS (Opera preferred)
* Good knowledge of Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder)
* Familiarity with RMS tools (IDeaS, Duetto, etc.) is a plus
Languages
* Fluent in English, French and Dutch
