Combining advanced AI-driven methodologies with consulting-grade expertise, we deliver highly targeted candidate selection, curated shortlists, and accelerated hiring outcomes for private equity firms, SMEs, and scale-ups across Belgium & international markets.
We are seeking a Director to lead and scale VS TALENT’s operations, drive commercial growth, and position the platform as a leading AI-native recruitment partner in Belgium and internationally.
Position the firm as a premium AI-native recruitment partner
Drive expansion across Finance, Administration, and IT/Digital verticals
Business Development
Originate and close high-value mandates with PE firms, SMEs, and scale-ups
Develop strategic partnerships within the Belgian ecosystem & internationally
Oversee delivery of recruitment mandates with a focus on quality, speed, and precision
Continuously enhance VS TALENT’s AI-native approach
Bridge human expertise with data-driven decision-making
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team
Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
~ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
~ English & French (Dutch is a plus)
