Project Manager:
- Ensuring project is on time & tracking to schedule
- Does all the talking with the customer / runs all the meetings
- Must understand all parts of the flow so can communicate effectively to the customer
- Write MOM's for meetings Skills:
- Senior PM proven experience as a PM multiple times
- PM in semiconductor industry/Chip design & Manufacturing industry
- PMI or PM BOK methodology - if they know this it's perfect but not mandatory)
- Must know what a probe card is
- Must be able to work under pressure and be able to communicate to suppliers and the customer - manufacturing industry experience
