Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly connected Social Media Community Manager to lead, build, and accelerate the growth of our online communities within the Brazil market. .


Key Responsibilities:

* Multichannel Engagement: Manage and interact with users across primary social channels, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube.
* Responsive Interactions: Answer comments, messages, and community queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Relationship Building: Fostering strong, positive relationships between the brand and the online community to drive user loyalty.
* Sentiment & Reputation Monitoring: Track social sentiment and proactively escalate sensitive or reputation-threatening issues.
* Trend Assessment: Identify local Brazilian trends, memes, and viral opportunities relevant to the target audience.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Branding, CRM, and Content teams to deploy social activations and campaigns.
* Influencer Outreach: Support collaborative efforts involving local influencers and community-based promotions.
* Operations & Compliance: Maintain operational SOPs, track performance metrics, and ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and regulatory compliance.


Qualifications:

* Professional Experience: 3+ years of documented experience in Social Media, Community Management, Digital Marketing, or related positions.
* Cultural Literacy: Deep-rooted understanding of Brazilian social media ecosystems, user behaviors, and online communities.
* Core Skill Sets: Proven background handling core elements such as social media communities, user engagement, community moderation, online reputation defense, and social campaigns.
* Soft Skills: Superior interpersonal and communication attributes, accompanied by the capacity to navigate fast-paced social situations and sensitive topics gracefully.
* Language: Professional English communication skills (essential for cross-border global team collaboration).
