This is a high-impact role at the heart of early-phase clinical trials, where your expertise will shape the future of clinical operations and drive innovation.What You’ll DoAs HTO, you’ll be a key member of the CPU management team, responsible for:Leading clinical trial operations: Oversee multidisciplinary study execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and sponsor satisfaction.Strategic client engagement: Act as the principal contact for awarded projects, advising on feasibility, protocol design, and operational planning.Driving operational excellence: Implement process improvements, manage resources, and optimize study planning to maximize bed occupancy and revenue.Budget ownership: Develop and manage study budgets, monitor performance, and ensure financial alignment.Team leadership: Inspire and mentor technical operations teams, fostering collaboration and continuous development.Business development support: Translate client needs into competitive service offers and support early-stage client interactions.Quality assurance: Uphold SGS standards, GCP/GLP compliance, and confidentiality across all operations.You’ll manage and support a talented team including:Team Managers (CTN & CLT)Clinical Trial Staff PlannersProgram ManagersClinical Floor ExpertsEducation: Higher degree in Clinical Activities or Life SciencesExperience: 5–8 years in clinical research, ideally with Phase 1 exposure; 3–5 years in team leadershipSkills:Strong clinical trial knowledge and strategic thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementProven leadership and mentoring capabilitiesFinancial acumen and planning expertiseProblem-solving mindset and results orientationAt SGS, you’ll be part of a global leader in clinical research, working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
