We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to represent the client on an 80MW data centre project. The role is responsible for overseeing multiple construction packages and ensuring contractors deliver safely, on programme, to quality standards, and aligned with commissioning requirements.
This is a site-based leadership role focused on coordination, risk management, and clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Construction Package Managers.
* Oversee daily site activities against programme and milestones.
* Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate closely with Quality and Commissioning teams to support smooth handover.
* Act as the primary site interface between the client and contractors.
* Identify, resolve, and escalate construction risks and issues.
* Provide clear progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
