Altissia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial and Administrative Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseing HR, finance, and accounting operations and ensuring sound governance and provide strategic support to management..

Key responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate all administrative operations in Belgium;
* Oversee HR processes: recruitment, career development, training, employee relations, and compliance with Belgian labor law;
* Supervise the accounting function: coordinate between the internal accountant and the external accounting firm, ensure the quality and compliance of entries, follow up on monthly and annual closings, and manage relations with auditors and fiduciary services;
* Manage and optimize financial operations: budgeting, reporting, cost control, and compliance with local obligations;
* Act as a key interface between headquarters and subsidiaries on HR, financial, and accounting matters;
* Provide strategic advice to management and ensure best practices are implemented.


Profile required:

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administration, HR, finance, and accounting;
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law, taxation, and accounting standards;
* Proficiency in IT tools and ERP/CRM systems;
* Leadership, people management skills, and strong communication abilities;
* Fluent in French with an excellent command of English.
