We are looking for a dedicated
Functional Analyst

* You participate as a member of the AEM team.
* You serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating communication and understanding.
* You translate business requirements into actionable Adobe functionalities and components.
* You provide guidance on business requirements and best practices related to assets, pages, and SEO strategies.
* You prepare user stories and conduct functional analysis in preparation for development.
* You facilitate demonstrations when testing new functionalities to showcase improvements.
* You lead workshops to clarify uncertainties and produce clear specifications.
Deliverables will include comprehensive documentation of Adobe functionalities and components based on business requirements and best practices.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar Functional Analyst role.
* Solid hands-on knowledge of
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4 and/or 6.5)
.
* Experience translating business needs into digital platform solutions.
* Strong experience in workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, and demos.
* Familiarity with
UX, wireframes, responsive design, and SEO concepts
, and how these map to AEM.
* Experience collaborating with web agencies, design agencies, and internal development teams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Native proficiency in Dutch AND/OR French
.
Nice-to-Have
* Knowledge of
Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and/or Adobe Campaign
.
* Experience working in
Agile and Waterfall
delivery environments.
* Experience with
Jira and/or DevOps tooling
