Hays is recruiting an ERP Specialist for a leading international company active in the industrial engineering sector. Your new role
As an ERP Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s ERP system. After an initial onboarding period alongside an experienced consultant, you will take ownership of system administration and data integrity.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing and improving data quality, including loading and updating data via Access
2. Monitoring data integrity and ensuring compliance
3. Providing user support and following up on support cases
4. Documenting processes, creating user guides, and delivering demos
5. Managing users and licenses for ERP and related tools
6. Supporting reporting and documentation of system functionalities
7. Collaborating on customizations and system improvements
This position offers a high degree of autonomy and interaction with various stakeholders across departments.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
8. A degree in industrial or civil engineering, preferably with knowledge of production logistics or financial management
9. Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset
10. Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally including Glovia, as well as Power BI and Access
11. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
12. Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills
13. A confident and collaborative personality, able to build trust with stakeholders
