🔍 What is your role?
* Operate, maintain, and further develop complex experimental and validation systems.
* Take ownership of assigned systems, ensuring reliable operation, continuous improvement, and efficient troubleshooting.
* Contribute to the development and optimization of hardware and software environments used for testing and validation.
* Work with real-time platforms and automation frameworks to execute and monitor test activities.
* Analyze system behavior, identify root causes of issues, and implement robust, long-term solutions.
* Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and R&D stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
* Develop tools, procedures, and documentation to standardize workflows and improve overall quality and efficiency.
📚 Who are we looking for?
* Engineering degree with a focus or strong interest in mechatronics, electromechanics, or systems engineering.
* Already have a first full working experience in an industrial environment.
* Solid programming skills.
* Knowledge of control systems, system dynamics, and high-voltage or power-related applications.
* Comfortable working at the interface of hardware and software.
* Structured and methodical approach to problem solving.
* Able to coordinate activities across teams and disciplines.
* Clear communication skills and fully proficient in English.
