What you'll do
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing Jamendo's revenue, by piloting and optimizing two key sales channels :
* B2B : licensing deals with businesses, agencies, media companies, retail stores, and other professional clients.
* B2C : direct sales through our website and digital platforms.
You will act as both a strategist and an operator : a hands-on sales leader who manages a small team while staying actively involved in the field and in direct client negotiations.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the global revenue growth strategy across all channels (B2B & online).
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious targets.
* Actively participate in prospecting, negotiating, and closing key client deals.
* Identify and develop new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
* Oversee and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads, strengthen campaigns, and boost conversion rates.
* Drive and monitor revenue, margin, and profitability objectives across Jamendo.
* Represent the voice of the customer, sharing insights to help improve our products, offers, and user experience.
Must Have
* 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue management, ideally in the music, digital, creative, or licensing industries.
* Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, able to move seamlessly from strategy to execution.
* Solid analytical skills and understand key commercial levers such as pricing, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition.
* You're a natural leader who enjoys selling, negotiating, and helping your team grow.
* You're an excellent communicator and negotiator, comfortable with both executive-level discussions and hands-on deal-making.
* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
* Knowledge of music licensing or media sales.
* Familiarity with CRM.
* Additional language skills.
* A genuine passion for music and a desire to contribute to a more equitable music ecosystem.
