Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for sales footprint optimization.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop analytical models and tools to support sales footprint optimization initiatives.
3. Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making processes, including market entry and exit strategies, territory realignment, and channel optimization.
4. Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of sales footprint optimization initiatives.
5. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and footprint optimization, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills in relevant areas.
Profile
7. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8. Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related field, preferably within the automotive or aftermarket industry.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
11. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
