Job Purpose
Als Kwaliteitsingenieur Montage ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit binnen onze montageafdeling. Je werkt hands-on op de productievloer en gestructureerd op kantoor (50/50). Je ondersteunt de lijn bij probleemoplossing, voert inline audits uit en coördineert acties bij kwaliteitsproblemen.
Je bent een coachende en pragmatische professional die operators aanspreekt, sorting-acties organiseert en beslissingen neemt over non-conformiteiten (scrap, re-assembly, terugsturen). Daarnaast analyseer je afkeurdata, stel je prioriteiten en rapporteer je kwaliteitscijfers.
Je werkt nauw samen met Purchasing, Engineering en Supplier Quality en draagt bij aan continue verbetering en nieuwe productintroducties.
As a Process Quality Engineer, you are the key link between production and quality.
You will mainly work in the office but will also be regularly present on the shop floor to follow up on practical matters.
You support the production lines in solving quality issues and ensure a structured approach to internal and external problems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Uitvoeren van inline audits en aanspreken van operatoren.
* Ondersteunen van de lijn bij probleemoplossing en containment-acties.
* Coördineren van sorting/rework activiteiten en blokkeren van non-conforme producten.
* Opvolgen van interne en externe klachten, inclusief 8D-rapporten.
* Modereren van PFMEA en uitvoeren van root cause analyses.
* Rapporteren van kwaliteitsindicatoren en opvolgen van acties.
* Voorbereiden van interne en externe audits.
* Ondersteunen van nieuwe productlanceringen en digitalisatieprojecten.
* Perform inline audits and address operators in case of deviations.
* Support the production line with problem-solving and quality-related questions.
* Facilitate PFMEA and risk assessments.
* Coordinate root cause analyses and follow up on actions for non-conformities.
* Prepare and monitor 8D reports for internal and external customers.
* Manage quality alerts and production blockages.
* Report KPIs and perform monthly scrap analyses.
* Prepare internal and external audits.
* Support new product launches and digitalization projects.

Profile
Opleiding:
* Bachelor of Science – Engineering (bij voorkeur mechanica of industriële wetenschappen)
* Of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Ervaring:
* Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in kwaliteit
* Ervaring met kwaliteitstools: SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
* Kennis van ISO-normen en technische tekeningen
Competenties:
* Hands-on, pragmatisch en stressbestendig
* Gestructureerd en punctueel

* Zelfsturend en oplossingsgericht
Talen:
* Nederlands: vloeiend
* Engels: goed
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Sciences or equivalent through experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality within a production environment.
* Knowledge of technical drawings and measurement methods.
* Experience with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Independent, hands-on, and coaching mindset.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
* Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
