We are looking for a ServiceNow SecOps Security Incident Response (Sir) Implementation Consultant to join the ServiceNow expertise team and work alongside the Cyber and Information Security Office (CISO) specialists.
You will be responsible for driving the integration of the Security Incident Response (Sir) module of ServiceNow SecOps as part of a broader security improvement program.
Responsibilities
* Create and manage an application roadmap aligned with ServiceNow product evolutions
* Organize workshops to capture business requirements
* Provide best practice guidance on leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality
* Conduct functional analysis, translate into user stories, and validate with stakeholders
* Configure and develop ServiceNow aligned with OOTB best practices
* Implement integrations with external sources (e.g., SIEMs, threat intelligence platforms, incident feeds)
* Perform technical and integration testing, and support UAT
* Prepare technical designs, update sets, and deployment packages
* Ensure smooth go-live support and hand-over to support teams (documentation, procedures, catalog items)
* Act as internal application owner for the SecOps Sir application, including CMDB maintenance and CAB participation
* Assist in developing user training materials
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow project experience
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules
* Successfully implemented ServiceNow Security Incident Response module in at least 2 projects
* Certified ServiceNow Admin & ServiceNow SecOps Sir
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB & Csdm
* Skilled in ServiceNow development & scripting (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, integrations, reports, etc.)
* Fluent in English (Dutch/French a plus)
* Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to work with end users, technical staff, and management
* Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
