You will work at the heart of advanced semiconductor development, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive quality and reliability excellence.
Responsibilities
Defining and executing reliability and qualification strategies for semiconductor devices (ASIC, SoC, advanced nodes), including designing, planning, and monitoring reliability test campaigns such as HTOL, thermal cycling, humidity, and electrical stress testing
Analysing test data to identify failure mechanisms, leading failure analysis activities, and driving corrective actions in collaboration with design, process, and test teams to ensure product robustness
Contributing to product qualification from prototype to volume production, while developing reliability models and lifetime predictions for semiconductor components
Ensuring compliance with industry standards including JEDEC, AEC‑Q100, and MIL‑STD, and interfacing with customers and partners on qualification results and reliability performance
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams across design, process, packaging, and test to improve product quality, while documenting and presenting technical results, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders
Your profile
A Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, qualification, or semiconductor testing
Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies including HTOL, HAST, and thermal cycling, combined with hands‑on experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques such as CP/CPK and DOE, along with experience working with semiconductor test equipment and automated test systems
Solid knowledge of industry standards (JEDEC, AEC‑Q100, MIL‑STD), with exposure to advanced semiconductor technologies such as CMOS, RF, photonics, or power devices being a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong analytical mindset, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, and a proactive, ownership‑driven team player attitude
