The Technical Support II, IT Operations is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.
This is an onsite position located in Sao Paulo
* Support in project implementation
* End points security applications - Compliance
* Bigfix
* Remote support
* Field Support
* Equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory
* Inventory control
* Installation of equipment for new accounts or projects. (new site)
* Equipment configuration
* Incident resolution according to SLA
* Safety of computer equipment
* Repair of computer equipment
* Maintenance of computer equipment
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
* Located in Sao Paulo
* 2 -4 years relevant experience
* And meet timelines on deliverables
* Knowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration.
* Knowledge in PC Maintenance.
* Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
