B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new HVAC Manager in our Energy team.
As a HVAC Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Your responsabilities:
* You are in charge of the workplace space management, including registration and operational monitoring of standards,
* You will coordinate moves, including drafting of proposals,
* You are charge of the planning of moves, monitoring of the site and completion of as-built documents after implementation,
* You are responsible for operational and administrative tasks,
* You are in charge of the management of furniture (desks, cupboards, chairs, ...) with recording and operational monitoring of standards, monitoring of contracts and purchases and inventory management,
Your profile:
* You have a Bachelor/Master in facility management/civil engineering/construction or environmental engineering,
* You have knowledge of technical maintenance (HVAC, high voltage, low voltage, fire prevention and control, elevators, sanitary facilities, etc),
* You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, English is an asset,
* You are able to demonstrate an analytical, logical and numerate approach,
* You are autonomous, flexible and organized, also very good in planning and prioritization.
