Your Responsibilities
The Mobility Business Partner (implant) serves as the primary on-site point of contact (SPOC) for their dedicated client, focusing on elevating the customer and driver experience to the highest level.
This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders and drivers, supporting the client's business, the mobility of drivers, and Ayvens' strategy in building long-lasting relationships.
Essential Responsibilities
This role demands a blend of interaction, operational efficiency, customer service, and proactive commercial engagement. Key responsibilities include:
* Direct Interaction & Customer Support: Serving as the first contact for the client, addressing operational inquiries from drivers and fleet managers.
* Fleet Management Execution: Performing fleet management tasks such as data management, contract administration, and reporting.
* Advisory Role: Providing expert advice and developing proposals to improve fleet management.
* Relationship Management: Maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-ups and ensuring satisfaction.
* Proactive Communication & Analysis: Communicating fleet performance and analyzing fleet efficiency, identifying upselling opportunities.
* Account Manager Collaboration: Working with the Account Manager to optimize customer relationships.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate should have:
* Proactivity in taking initiative and anticipating needs.
* A structured approach to organizing tasks and information.
* A sense of priority to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
* Customer-oriented service excellence.
* Strong communication skills in verbal and written English, Dutch, and French.
Education And Experience
* Prior commercial experience, preferably in a service company.
* Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
