Function


As a Customer Success Manager, you are the dedicated point of contact for new customers and guide them through their first steps with Luwio. You ensure that organisations and local governments are fully supported and can quickly start working independently.

Your responsibilities include:

* Managing the onboarding of new customers in childcare, out-of-school care, sports, culture, youth and leisure
* Actively supporting customers
* Coordinating and assigning tasks to internal specialists
* Monitoring progress and ensuring the customer is fully taken care of throughout the onboarding journey
* Delivering training sessions and workshops for staff at organisations and local governments
* Following up on usage, questions and feedback
* Actively monitoring customer satisfaction and the user experience

You act as the bridge between the customer, the product, and internal teams.


Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a social, communicative person who feels comfortable in a role with a lot of responsibility and human interaction.

* You communicate clearly and professionally, including with employees of local governments
* You are customer-focused, empathetic and solution-oriented
* You work independently and take ownership of your customers
* You can bring structure to complex environments with multiple stakeholders
* You feel at home in a digital/tech context
* Experience in government, local authorities, non-profit, childcare or leisure is a plus
* Experience with onboarding, training or customer success is a plus
