Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in the People Advisory department.
This role will involve leading and managing projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery, and providing clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Management:
o Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality results.
o Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
o Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.
* Commercial Management:
o Engage in business development activities, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals.
o Contribute to the development of our service offerings, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.
* People Management:
o Guide, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their full potential.
o Lead by example, ensuring adherence to our quality standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
o Experience managing small teams (1-5 people) is required.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or equivalent with excellent results.
* At least 5 years of experience in an advisory and/or management role, preferably from a consulting company.
* Strong proven experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM.
* Possess a commercial mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage client engagements from start to finish while simultaneously managing a team to ensure successful delivery.
* Familiarity with HR data and analytics, with a hands-on approach to solving complex business challenges.
