As a Business Analyst ERP / ICT, you are the crucial link between business and IT. You listen to the organisation’s needs, ask the right questions, think critically, and translate requirements into concrete solutions within our ERP environment. Together with the business teams and our ERP programmers, you develop improvements, test new functionalities, and ensure smooth implementation. You will work for the entire Reynaers Group, both nationally and internationally, making your role especially interesting and diverse. What will you do? Analyse requests, challenges, and needs from the business Critically review existing processes and identify optimisation opportunities Translate business needs into clear functional analyses Work closely with ERP programmers to successfully deliver solutions Test new developments and help safeguard quality Support implementations and system adjustments from A to Z Contribute to improvements and changes within the ERP landscape Participate in implementation projects, including international locations Communicate smoothly with various departments and stakeholders across the organisation Who are you?
