Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
The role of a Technical Support Specialist involves providing technical assistance to customers. This includes scheduling and planning the installation and start-up of equipment, as well as coordinating with customers on-site installation.
* You ensure that all items in the offer are present and conduct the final functionality check of the equipment;
* You are responsible for maintenance and service interventions at customer sites;
* You travel to customers to address and resolve problems on-site in case of complaints or issues;
* You report and provide feedback to the organization;
* You give presentations/training sessions internally and externally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics;
* Experience is beneficial but not essential;
* You have strong technical knowledge and excellent comprehension of electromechanics;
* You are highly adaptable and can quickly familiarize yourself with products;
* You know how to prioritize tasks;
* You can work independently without compromising team spirit;
* You possess a proactive personality with a sense of initiative and a customer-oriented/commercial mindset;
* You aim to continuously enhance the quality of your work;
* You have good proficiency in English.
