Role Description
Position: Infrastructure Engineer – File Transfers
Team: TechOps
Location: Hybrid (50% on-site, 50% homeworking)
Mission Context
As an Infrastructure Engineer focusing on file transfers, you will join a dynamic TechOps team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless implementation and management of file transfers, adhering to the highest standards of performance and security.
Function Description
Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of File Transfers:
Ensure timely provision of requirements for new file transfers.Establish connectivity for new partners.Configure and troubleshoot file transfers.
2. Governance of File Transfers:
Create and maintain a file transfers referential.Link file transfers with applications in the referential.Update the referential with new file transfers.
3. Obsolescence Management:
Ensure the Axway CFT & ST environment is up-to-date with the latest updates.
4. Axway CFT & ST Environment:
Administer and implement changes to the Axway CFT & ST environment.
5. Hardening:
Apply the latest hardening standards to the Axway CFT & ST environment.
Language Requirements
6. Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills (Optional)
7. French: Strong written and spoken communication skills (Optional)
8. English: Strong written and spoken communication skills (Mandatory)
Education and Certification
9. Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
10. Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure or file transfer technologies are a plus.
Travel & Telework
11. Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
Required Experience / Knowledge
12. Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering.
13. Technical Experience: Proficiency in Axway CFT and Axway Secure Transport.
