Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with e-tailers and para-pharmacies
* Enhance the end-to-end online shopping experience, ensure brand consistency, and maximize customer acquisition and retention by optimizing partnerships
* Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and address any issues promptly
E-commerce Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive online e-tailer strategy, build strong relationships with key e-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance, and identify new online opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion
Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels, ensuring seamless navigation and shopping experiences, collect and address customer feedback, and ensure excellent service on both the company website and third-party platforms
Price Monitoring, Competitive Analysis & Promotional Campaigns: Continuously monitor pricing from e-tailers and competitors, provide regular reports on price comparisons, propose adjustments as needed, and develop tailored brand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, and revenue through third-party e-tailers and para-pharmacies
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for third-party e-commerce and para-pharmacy players, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
