The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining and improving operational tracking tools, as well as producing and coordinating key project reports. This role ensures data reliability, supports performance monitoring (EHS, Quality, Resources, Cost), and provides transversal support to various project departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Maintenance of Operational Tools
* Create, update, and optimize dashboards and tracking tools, including:
Commodity Tracker
EHS Dashboard
BOTG Dashboard
Quality Dashboard
Document Control Dashboard
EWN Indicators
* Manage application access for Visitors, Deliverers, Workers, etc.
* Analyze resource allocation and attendance based on badge data.
* Design and maintain the daily safety induction quiz.
2. Reporting Production & Coordination
* Prepare, update, and coordinate recurring weekly and monthly reports:
* Project Control Weekly: report preparation + meeting presentation/animation with PCG.
* DCS Monthly Report.
* Project Performance Report (Monthly).
* CATScan (Monthly): data consolidation + creation of the one‑pager for DCS.
* Communicate updates and new reporting features to PCG stakeholders.
* Respond to ad‑hoc requests from PCG teams.
3. Billing & Resource Tracking
* Produce and update Resource Loader Actuals & Baseline.
* Monitor external contractor timekeeping.
* Prepare and track Payment Applications.
* Consolidate overtime hours for EWN creation.
* Perform monthly review and alignment
4. Cross‑Functional Support
* Provide punctual support to various departments (mainly Planning and EHS).
* Create files, forms, processes, and dedicated operational tools as needed.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
* Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, automation, PowerQuery preferred).
* Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, or equivalent).
* Ability to analyze, structure, and synthesize complex datasets.
* Understanding of project controls, EHS metrics, quality indicators and operational reporting.
Organizational Skills
* High attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables with strict deadlines.
* Problem‑solving mindset and analytical thinking.
Interpersonal Skills
* Strong communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders (PCG, EHS, Planning, Finance…).

* Experience in data management, project reporting, PMO, or operational control.
* Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with cross‑functional teams.
