In this role, you will take ownership of maintenance plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep our locomotive fleet safe, efficient, and future-readyWHAT WOULD KEEP YOU BUSYTake ownership of reviewing and improving maintenance plans, creating clear work instructions, and supporting both internal departments and external stakeholders.Dive into technical details to analyse proposed changes, assess risks, and optimise costs and downtime.Be a key player in upgrade and modification projects, ensuring compliance with TSI and national requirements and preparing documentation for ERA authorisations.Manage safety critical components across the locomotive fleet, guaranteeing traceability and adherence to ECM regulations.Keep our asset management system accurate and up to date, while preparing ad-hoc documentation for corrective works and accident repairs.WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAMBring your expertise with a degree in Engineering or a related technical field, ideally with railway specialisation.At least five years of experience in maintenance development, technical editor or ECM-related functions, combined with a solid understanding of railway maintenance systems and documentation.You are familiar with European and national railway legislation, technical standards, and regulatory authorisation processes.You work in a structured and organised way and are confident with IT tools.Fluency in English.
