What are your responsibilities?
Helping drivers to choose their cars or means of transport / transport service
Monitoring the contract conditions (car policy, framework agreement, etc.)
Detecting new needs and translating them into Arval products: charging stations, insurance, fuel cards, bicycles, car sharing, etc.
Answering incoming questions and e-mails in consultation with internal experts (purchasing, insurance, maintenance, etc.) by telephone and e-mail
What are the basic requirements for the position?
Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience
Good knowledge of Dutch and French
Commercial drive
Hands-on and highly adaptable attitude

Ability to work independently and acquire the right knowledge and expertise on the job and take the necessary responsibility
An eye for detail and quality work to ensure the best possible service
Analytical thinking skills to help optimize existing processes
