The franchise aims to broaden access to the meningitis vaccine to maximise protection through disease awareness and education around invasive meningococcal disease to HCPs and consumers, and to shape the environment for the Meningitis National Immunisation Programme. /p pThe Global Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the brand's global commercial strategy and tactical plan, collaborating with selected co‑create markets and cross‑functional teams at the global level. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liShape strategic and operational plans and develop global marketing campaigns grounded in customer/consumer and competitive insights, co‑created with priority LOCs. /li liDrive best‑in‑class launch readiness and support effective global‑to‑local adoption and execution across Geo Expansion LOCs. /li liTrack and analyse campaign performance and utilisation with LOC partners and Analytics, enabling rapid insight‑led optimisation and course correction. /li liGuide channel and promotional strategy to deliver desired business outcomes, supporting LOC decision‑making and execution choices. /li liLead Agency of Record partnership and governance to deliver strategic and promotional initiatives aligned to the brand strategy. /li liEnable strong cross‑market ways of working: share best practices and insights; communicate progress for awareness/approvals; manage key risks and budget to maximise impact and resource use. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including brand planning and execution (ideally in speciality care). /li liStrong history of success in commercial and marketing execution in‑country. /li liExperience with developing and implementing campaigns through different channels including digital, offline and face to face. /li liExperience in collaborating with external agencies, including the ability to provide clear briefs, offer strategic guidance, and foster effective partnerships.
