Hybrid HR Partner

In a role that requires both strategic vision and tactical execution, the Hybrid HR Partner plays a vital part in driving employee engagement, talent management, learning & development, and key HR initiatives. This person will ensure accurate and compliant payroll while serving as a point of contact and sparring partner for line management and employees.

About this Role
This hybrid role will focus on developing process and guidance to support people leaders on all managerial topics (performance, absenteeism, …). The Hybrid HR Partner will maintain HR data to support business decision-making and coordinate full life cycle recruitment; supervising selection processes and onboarding. Additionally, they will lead HR projects in area of responsibility and promote corporate HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as point of contact and sparring partner for line management and employees.
2. Develop appropriate process and guidance to support people leaders on all managerial topics (performance, absenteeism, …).
3. Maintain HR data to support business decision-making.
4. Coordinate full life cycle recruitment; supervising selection processes and onboarding.
5. Lead HR projects in area of responsibility and promote corporate HR initiatives.
6. Process payroll for all workers ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
7. Maintain and update HR systems for payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant work experience, including payroll administration. They should have experience in an international or multi-country HR environment, strong knowledge of HR principles, payroll systems, and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as fluency in French and English. The candidate should also be a positive role model for ethical behavior, fairness, and integrity, with analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
