Description Job Success Profile Transport Coordinator Location : Ghent, Belgium Language(s) Requirements Fluent Flemish/ Dutch, English and other European language as an advantage Mission Statement We’re looking for a Transport Coordinator to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate transport planning. What You’ll Do Manage TMS master data to ensure accuracy and compliance Book and optimize transport to improve service levels and reduce costs Coordinate with warehouses, customer service, transporters, and customers Monitor transporter performance and follow up on KPIs Validate monthly order rates and resolve discrepancies Handle self‑billing to ensure accurate settlements Collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoice and payment issues Drive continuous improvement in transport processes Provide back‑up support to Customer Service Coordinators during absences or peak periods What You Bring Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain Knowledge of transport systems and booking Strong communication and stakeholder skills Analytical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tools Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment Fluency in Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and freight cost structures Why Join Us?
